With fast broadband being rolled out across the country and new, simple and innovative apps on the market every day, it’s never been easier to workout from home.

Here are four apps that let you do exactly that.

1. Cody

Whether you’re passionate about yoga, functional fitness, strength training or getting more flexible, Cody has a workout for you.

Featuring curated programs from a variety of world-renowned trainers and experts, Cody is good for any level of fitness.

It lets you connect directly with the trainers and teachers for a more personalised experience, follow a program as it suits your schedule, or simply try something you’ve never been able to before.

2. Personal Workout

Looking for that perfect combination of challenging yet fun? Give Personal Workout a try.

The video workouts make you feel like you’re in a studio - all from the comfort of your home (and most importantly within your own schedule).

Available on the Mac App Store (free but offers in-app purchases). 

3. Gym Guide 

Gym Guide is a great example of an app that will inspire you to get back into routine, with step-by-step guides that make the workouts feel simple and fun.

There's a wide variety of workouts available - which is great if you’re looking to mix it up. Similar to Personal Workout, this app also offers several plans tailored to your personal fitness goals.

4.  Simply Yoga
