We have made several attempts to initiate the process of establishing an nbn network connection to your building, however we have been unsuccessful in our engagement with the building’s authorised representative. Consequently, nbn does not currently plan to install a network connection to your building, unless we receive a request from the Owners’ Corporation.

However, if your phone and internet services are already provided via another fibre network, they will continue to operate as normal unless your provider advises otherwise.

*Please ask your Owners Corporation to contact the lift and alarm service providers for your building. This will help minimise a break in service when the existing network is switched off. Si Ud. tiene algún aparato de seguridad crítico que deba funcionar en caso de algún apagón como ser una alarma médica, alarma contra incendios o teléfonos de emergencia en los elevadores, le recomendamos que tenga alguna forma de comunicación alternativa, como ser un teléfono celular que le sirva de respaldo. También es de vital importancia que hable con el proveedor de su aparato hoy mismo para averiguar si éste funcionaría en caso de un apagón – también puede revisar en nuestra guía de compatibilidad de aparatos.
En caso de alguna emergencia en la que Ud. necesite de una ambulancia, policía o servicio en caso de incendio, siempre llame al 000. El oficial de apoyo en caso de emergencia llamará a “TIS National” y le conectará con un intérprete por medio de la linea de prioridad de 24 horas.
* Su experiencia al usar la red nbn™ - incluyendo las velocidades alcanzadas con la misma - dependerá de la tecnología con la cual Ud recibe sus servicios así como algunos factores fuera de nuestro control, (como ser la calidad de su equipo, de su software, la recepción de la señal, planes de banda ancha y el diseño de la red utilizado por su proveedor).
