The global supply shortage impacting nbn™ HFC connections
We are not currently taking connection orders for your premises. The ability to order at your location should recommence shortly.
We recommenced taking new connection orders for some nbn™ HFC premises from 26 July 2021. Please note that this will be done in an incremental way, with all affected premises expected to be released by the end of September 2021. If your premises is not ready to connect after the 26 July, please continue to check this page periodically for status updates.
In the meantime, there will continue to be some limited exceptions where we will continue to take orders.
If other unrelated work is separately required for your nbn™ HFC connection, we will continue to work on this as per usual.
