Our onboarding process has been designed to be a seamless procedure for eligible phone or internet providers to enable their customers to connect to services over the nbn™ broadband access network.
The onboarding process involves five main steps:
The Wholesale Broadband Agreement (WBA) and Satellite Wholesale Broadband Agreement (SWBA) sets out the terms and conditions of access and supply of products over the nbn™ access network. A provider must execute a WBA before it can commence its interoperability certification and business readiness testing.
Before a provider can connect to the nbn™ access network and provide services, it must undertake a number of interoperability certification tests and business process acceptance activities. The Access Seeker Accreditation program gives providers the certification to connect to the nbn™ access network and to provide services to their customers.
